Our Sales Office launches with a builder’s breakfast.

At the end of August, our brand-new Sales Office was the setting of our Loom builder’s breakfast. Showcasing the picture-perfect estate and its thriving surrounds, attendees were treated to a glimpse into the community’s potential.

The new Loom Sales Office has been officially unveiled at last month’s builder’s breakfast. The get-together saw a range of builders, sales representatives, managers and owners gather at our Copelands Road address to get a first look at what the estate and its surrounds have to offer.

The morning was a chance for us to introduce our team (including Leanne, our dedicated Loom Estate Agent) and share the vision for Loom. With so many respected local builders in the room, it was also an opportunity to discuss how we can work together to bring this master-planned community to life.

Alongside our partners at Oliver Hume, we presented valuable insights into Warragul’s current property market and how the region is expected to continue growing in the years ahead.

Beyond a morning of insights, everyone enjoyed the chance to connect directly with the people shaping Loom, relish in the delicious local catering and freshly brewed coffee and discover the vision for a community designed to be as vibrant as it is welcoming.
