Discover Loom’s latest milestone.

Our October 2026 construction update brings good news, with the foundations of Loom beginning to take shape. Before long, this stretch of land will be home to hundreds of new residents putting down roots in Warragul.

There’s been plenty of progress across Stages 1 and 2 of Loom, with several key infrastructure works now complete.

Earthworks, sewer drainage and agricultural drains are all done, helping prepare the site for the homes and streets to come. Subgrade improvements have also been completed, strengthening the ground beneath future roads and helping support the weight of future homes and infrastructure.

Essential services are taking shape, too. Electrical conduit works are underway, providing the pathways for power and communications connections to future homes. Water pipes are also being installed to supply drinking water throughout the estate.

The next milestone will be the start of subbase pavement, kerb and channel construction, set to begin in the coming weeks. These works will bring us one step closer to seeing Loom become the neighbourhood future residents will call home.
